Conferences rarely run in one room. We plan coverage against your program, assign photographers to the sessions that matter most and keep a consistent look across the whole event. For larger programs we add photographers and a videographer to the same team.

Photos you can use straight away

With on the spot photo delivery, your team can post speaker photos and highlights while the conference is still running, and sponsors can see their coverage the same day. After the event you receive the full edited gallery for reports, recaps and next year’s promotion.
