How the Fluential Guarantee Works

1. We deliver your photos

After your event, we carefully edit and deliver your images through our online gallery. Our goal is always to provide a strong set of photos your team will be proud to use for marketing, social media, internal communications, and future promotions.

2. If something isn’t right, tell us

If you feel the photos haven’t met your expectations, simply let us know. In most cases, small adjustments such as additional edits, selections, or image refinements resolve any concerns quickly. Our goal is always to make sure you receive a final set of images you’re genuinely happy with.

3. If you’re still not happy

If after working with us you still feel the photos didn’t meet expectations, the first shoot will not be charged. We will then organise a second shoot at no cost so we can achieve the result you were hoping for.

A Few Important Details

  • The guarantee applies to the quality of the delivered images, not factors outside the photographer’s control such as venue lighting, stage restrictions, or access limitations.

  • Any concerns should be raised within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve them quickly.

  • The second shoot will be arranged at a mutually agreed time and location, designed to capture the key images that were originally expected.

  • The second shoot will be similar in scope and duration to the original booking, rather than a significantly larger event or production.

  • The guarantee applies to the original client who booked the shoot.
